What to know before you book
- Exclusive use of The Villa.
- Maximum of 10 guests (including children) across 4 bedrooms.
- Two king bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom.
- One king bedroom (shares bathroom with bunk bedroom).
- One bunk bedroom (sleeps 4 children).
- Unused rooms and bathrooms will be unavailable if you do not book all 4 rooms.
- The Villa is part of a working sheep farm, and pets are strictly prohibited.
- A two-night minimum stay applies (subject to peak season and public holidays/long weekends).
Off Peak Season: 1 February to 30 November
- Monday to Thursday: $1,800 per night (all 4 bedrooms)
- Friday to Sunday: $2,100 per night (all 4 bedrooms)
- If only 3 rooms are required – less 5% on above rates
- If only 2 rooms are required – less 10% on above rates
15% discount when booking 3 nights or more
Peak Season: 1 December to 31 January
- Monday to Thursday: $2,100 per night (all 4 bedrooms)
- Friday to Sunday: $2,500 per night (all 4 bedrooms)
- If only 3 rooms are required – less 5% on above rates
- If only 2 rooms are required – less 10% on above rates

Other Peak Season rates may apply for long weekends and holidays.
We offer lower rates for guests who do not require all four bedrooms.
