The heart of the building is the great room, with an open-plan living, dining room, and fully equipped kitchen designed for effortless entertaining. The Villa at Naiko at the Bluff has been thoughtfully designed to provide a seamless flow between living spaces and private areas. From the centre of the building, where the open-plan living, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen are situated, two wings extend outward – perfect for accommodating two families, a large family, or three couples. For added flexibility, the fourth bedroom features high-end, custom-designed bunk beds that can accommodate up to four additional guests, making it possible to extend the capacity to four couples and comfortably cater to a total of 10 guests for the entire villa.
Spacious layout for luxurious comfort
The architecturally designed family holiday house features expansive living spaces and high-end finishes. On the right-hand side of the home, facing the ocean, the master bedroom is located at the far end of the wing. This luxurious space includes a luxurious ensuite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy. Adjacent to the master suite is the third bedroom, and just next to it is the laundry room for added convenience during longer stays. A powder room is located across from the laundry and third bedroom.
On the left-hand side of the home, the other wing mirrors this layout. The second master bedroom, also with a luxurious ensuite bathroom, is located at the far end. The fourth bedroom and a third bathroom providing ample space for larger families.
For families traveling with children or teenagers, the teen retreat/rumpus room is a perfect addition, located just off the living area. This space offers a private hangout where kids can watch TV, play games, or relax, while adults can enjoy time in the living room or relax out on the deck.
